The project

Working with our client Greycoat to produce a branding refresh for Vintners Place, ahead of its upcoming availability and refurbishment. As part of the refresh, I produced a new website design expanding from its original one-page mini-site and a new interpretation of its brand.

Boasting riverside views and landmark architecture, Vintners Place was a truly rare office opportunity with HQ potential. Tenants could expect exclusive use to their on-site gym and pool, and enjoy the building’s atrium, café and rooftop terrace.

Design approach

We kicked off the project with content organisation and wireframing. With our in-house knowledge of the leasing market, we were already familiar with the rhythm of commercial leasing and what its Southbank location could offer office workers. This allowed us to leap straight into hi-fidelity wireframes.

The homepage focuses on the overall Vintners Place experience, highlighting the on-site services available for use throughout an employee’s day, whilst the Availability page walked prospective tenants through the work-day experience from reception and end of trip facilities for commuters, to the office space and atrium usage, and finishing with the office fitout potential and availability.

The results

The goal of the wireframes was to cement the overall narrative for client sign off.

The website originally went live with 4 floors vacant. Since the website’s launch in 2019, all 4 floors were successfully let and the website has remained online to advertise new letting availability as it comes.
