The Brief

We worked with 1875 Finance to produce the branding, promotional collateral, and website for Les Arases, a premium residential development consisting of 57 apartments across 7 two-storey buildings. Designed by the Genovese architects Favre & Guth, the residential district is nestled within the sought-after Conches locale. 

My role was to craft a multilingual website that detailed the scheme’s progress, and would encapsulate the campaign’s theme of nature and architecture. 

The Results

The campaign was a huge success and generated early leads, with over 15 apartments sold within the website’s first year.
